BRUSIO D’ERA spumante charmat rosato – LE PALAIE

Brusio D’Era is a Brut Nature rosé sparkling wine made using the long Charmat method, with eight months of autoclave aging that bestow finesse and an elegant, persistent perlage.

Its color is bright pale pink. On the nose, it opens with floral notes, followed by fruit aromas and a touch of toasted bread. On the palate, it offers great complexity, balancing a lively acidity with a well-rounded smoothness.

The name “Brusio D’Era” evokes the gentle fizz of bubbles in the glass, akin to the murmuring waters of the Era River, which runs through and defines the borders of the estate. It also calls to mind the soft chatter of people enjoying a moment together.

The label features a magpie, drawn to the sparkle of the bubbles, symbolizing brilliance and charm.
