Grapes from a nearly 90-year-old historic vineyard, with very low yields and rare clones now disappeared elsewhere—these are the traits that capture the true soul of Soave, a wine that still doesn’t receive the recognition it deserves. The Bortolo vineyard was planted in 1945 by the grandfather of the current owners. The wine has a warm and enveloping color, with a complex and kaleidoscopic bouquet ranging from fleshy white fruits to pastry cream. On the palate, it bursts with harmony and elegance.

Perfect with rich, flavorful seafood dishes, even with creamy sauces.

Uve provenienti da un vigneto storico di quasi 90 anni, con rese bassissime e cloni rari, ormai scomparsi altrove: queste sono le caratteristiche che raccontano l’anima autentica del Soave, un vino che ancora non riceve il successo che merita. Il Vigneto Bortolo fu impiantato nel 1945 dal nonno degli attuali proprietari. Il colore è caldo e avvolgente, i profumi sono complessi e caleidoscopici, dai frutti bianchi carnosi alla crema pasticciera. In bocca è un’esplosione di armonia ed eleganza.

Perfetto con piatti di pesce strutturati, anche con salse importanti.
