GRANDI ROSSI 

REGINA DI BASTONI – cabernet franc in anfora  CLIO CICOGNI

Grown on galestro hillside soil, from 2014-planted vines trained with the cordon spur system. Hand-harvested in small crates with strict grape selection, in the second half of September.

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, unfiltered, unfined, and with low sulfite use only in the pre-fermentation phase. Fermentation on skins lasts 15–20 days with daily manual punch-downs.

Aged for 5 lunar cycles in terracotta amphorae, on fine lees with periodic batonnage, enhancing texture and aromatic depth.

Bottled in April 2024 according to the biodynamic calendar, sealed with a natural cork.
13.5% ABV. A vibrant, earthy expression of Cabernet Franc — minimalist, alive, and deeply terroir-driven.

FOGLIA TONDA - SEQUERCIANI

Hand-harvested and carefully selected, fermented with only native yeasts from the grape skins. Vinified in concrete vats, then aged in terracotta jars.

Foglia Tonda reveals a deep red hue and a varied bouquet dominated by spicy notes and Mediterranean herbs. Elegant yet with strong personality, it pairs beautifully with Tuscan cured meats, vegetable-based pasta dishes, and grilled meats.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2019 LA MAGIA

A masterpiece of balance and finesse, this Brunello showcases the very best of Montalcino’s Sangiovese. The 2019 vintage reveals an elegant power, where firm structure meets refined grace.
Aged for three years in 500-liter French oak barrels, it shows an intense ruby-red color leaning towards garnet. The nose is complex and seductive, with aromas of ripe red berries, mineral hints, and delicate spices.
On the palate, it’s generous, dynamic, and persistent, supported by vibrant acidity and silky tannins, ending with a long and memorable finish.
Perfect with rich Tuscan cuisine, game, and aged cheeses.

GRUCCIONE  syrah in barriques  IL QUERCIOLO

This wine shows a deep and concentrated ruby red color, with enticing aromas of ripe fruit, a delicate spiciness, and refined vanilla undertones. On the palate, it is soft and seductive, with vibrant and well-integrated tannins that support a smooth and elegant tasting experience. Ripe fruit and spice notes return, accompanied by hints of licorice. The finish is harmonious, persistent, and velvety.

Best enjoyed with hearty game dishes, such as venison fillet with redcurrant compote.

MONTEPRIMO - BACCO DEL MONTE

We hand-pick the grapes and proceed with destemming, including 20% whole clusters in this vintage.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests in French oak barriques. It is not filtered and is bottled directly in the cellar. We use single-piece natural corks, tested with an electronic nose to ensure top quality and integrity.

We aim to deliver a wine that is pure, expressive, and minimally processed.

Made from the finest selections of estate Pinot Noir planted in the sunset-facing corner of the vineyard, this wine is vinified in French oak barriques and tonneaux. The color is darker than usual for the varietal, due to the unique soil composition. A deep ruby hue dominates the glass, fading toward an elegant garnet rim. The nose is an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits – blackberry, blueberry – enhanced by notes of humus, forest floor, conifer resin, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full, firm, and faithful to its aromatic promise. Perfect pairing: venison fillet with blueberry jam.
