Winemaking
A blend of four noble grape varieties: Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese. Each variety is vinified separately, respecting its ideal ripening time. Fermentation is carried out with wild indigenous yeasts, enhancing the authenticity of the terroir. The wine is aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by 3 months in bottle, achieving balance and elegance.

Food Pairings
Perfect with savory pasta dishes, red or white meats, cured meats, and semi-aged cheeses. Serve at around 18 °C to fully appreciate its depth. An artisanal and authentic red wine with a harmonious, food-friendly profile.

Vinificazione
Blend di quattro uve prestigiose: Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon e Sangiovese. Ogni varietà viene vinificata separatamente, rispettandone i tempi ottimali di maturazione. La fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni, per valorizzare l’identità del territorio. L’affinamento prevede 12 mesi in acciaio per preservare freschezza e frutto, e successivi 3 mesi in bottiglia, per raggiungere equilibrio e armonia.

Abbinamenti gastronomici
Ideale con paste asciutte saporite, carni rosse o bianche, salumi e formaggi a media stagionatura. Servire a circa 18 °C per esaltarne le sfumature. Un vino artigianale, autentico, dal profilo armonico e versatile.
