A bold and structured white wine, made mostly from Vermentino grapes, blended with Trebbiano and Albarola. Its color is a rich straw yellow, and the nose reveals elegant notes of white plum and ripe pear, accompanied by aromatic hints of wild herbs.

CALANDRA - ELDA

Made from Bombino Bianco grapes. Soft vacuum pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation at 15°C, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel and 3 additional months in bottle.

Color is straw yellow with greenish highlights; on the nose, floral aromas and fresh fruit, with vanilla and spice in the finish; on the palate, a fine balance between freshness and smoothness, intense, with a long and elegant finish.

CANTO DELLE SABBIE malvasia toscana  GIACOMO GRASSI

A wine of ancient charm, made from a nearly forgotten grape that offers remarkable drinkability. Its color is a bright straw yellow, lifted by elegant green reflections that add vibrancy.
The nose opens with a bouquet of flowers and fruits, marked by rare finesse and gentle sophistication.
Its low alcohol content makes it light, with a carefree and enjoyable sip.
The finish is long and refined. Ideal with delicate fish dishes, such as salt-crusted sea bass.

BORTOLO VECCHIE VIGNE Soave classico doc  DAMA DEL ROVERE

Grapes from a nearly 90-year-old historic vineyard, with very low yields and rare clones now disappeared elsewhere—these are the traits that capture the true soul of Soave, a wine that still doesn’t receive the recognition it deserves. The Bortolo vineyard was planted in 1945 by the grandfather of the current owners. The wine has a warm and enveloping color, with a complex and kaleidoscopic bouquet ranging from fleshy white fruits to pastry cream. On the palate, it bursts with harmony and elegance.

Perfect with rich, flavorful seafood dishes, even with creamy sauces.

JEMINI - BACCO DEL MONTE

This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the grandfather’s old vineyard and early-harvested Pinot Noir, vinified in stainless steel to preserve its purity and clarity. It’s usually released in the spring following harvest, ideal for enriching summer tables, especially when fish takes center stage. The color is a bright and sparkling straw yellow, with greenish reflections that anticipate its vegetal character. On the nose, it delivers what the color promised: hawthorn blossoms, mirabelle plums, and almond, complemented by fern and pine needles. On the palate, it offers a direct, linear, clean sip, with exemplary minerality that ensures great aging potential. Extremely versatile with food, it pairs beautifully with salt-baked sea bream.

PECORINO CORTALTO  - CERULLI SPINOZZI

White wine made from 100% Pecorino grapes.
It shows a straw-yellow color with golden reflections.
The bouquet is intense and fruity, with delicate notes of peach and orange.

An elegant and fragrant wine, ideal with appetizers, fresh cheeses, light fish dishes, and grilled vegetables.
