The color is ruby red. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with elegantly fruity notes (plum, blackberry, red currant) intertwined with the grape’s typical spicy aromas, such as leather and hay. On the palate, it is smooth, warm, with balanced tannins and long persistence.
Perfectly paired with well-structured pasta and meat dishes, game, braised meats, and aged cheeses.
