This is what we nearly lost forever in Tuscany! The authentic fragrance and bold character of these lesser-known native grapes carry the charm of history and the uniqueness of our farming ancestors.
The two grape varieties embrace and dance together, forming a graceful and captivating union.
The color is intensely rich, the nose surprises with spicy and vegetal notes; the sip is dynamic and engaging, with well-defined tannins that make it a perfect match for flavorful roasted pork loin with potatoes.

The secret soul of Nebbiolo, drawn out from ancestral ceramic amphorae: a red wine in constant evolution, exuberant and profound, brimming with aromas, vertical, and incredibly generous. A silky hue between ruby and garnet, with a nose that expresses the grape’s natural richness and spontaneous complexity. On the palate, it’s vibrant, with a steady and confident sip that calls for the throat and immediately invites a second glass.

A roast beef? Perfect. Pork loin? Even better. Some aged Raschera cheese? Ideal. This is the sublimation of Nebbiolo grapes through ceramic amphorae.

 

BIANCO DOC da uve erbaluce  LA SMERALDA

An unexpected white wine that masterfully blends easy drinkability with a light yet refined structure. Visually, it boasts a bright straw yellow hue with golden highlights that draw attention. On the nose, it is fresh and clean, marked by wildflower aromas and a vegetal backdrop of conifers and ferns.

On the palate, it reveals a well-balanced body supported by a lively mineral acidity, making the sip tense and savory. Perfect with vegetable frittatas like zucchini and mint or borage, and also with semi-aged cheeses. A versatile wine that surprises with its taste and freshness.

 

BIANCO ORANGE - INCONTRI

80% Malvasia, 20% Trebbiano and other local white grapes.

Vineyard planted in 1990. 2021 harvest, with a limited production of only 1200 bottles. 7-day skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation control. Aged for 36 months in vitrified cement tanks.

The color is a vivid golden yellow. The nose is aromatic, typical of Malvasia, with notes of ripe plum and white flowers. On the palate, it's warm and enveloping, with an explosion of the same floral and fruity aromas detected on the nose.

A perfect match for zucchini stuffed with ricotta and vegetables.

 

CANTO DELLE SABBIE malvasia toscana  GIACOMO GRASSI

A wine of ancient charm, made from a nearly forgotten grape that offers remarkable drinkability. Its color is a bright straw yellow, lifted by elegant green reflections that add vibrancy.
The nose opens with a bouquet of flowers and fruits, marked by rare finesse and gentle sophistication.
Its low alcohol content makes it light, with a carefree and enjoyable sip.
The finish is long and refined. Ideal with delicate fish dishes, such as salt-crusted sea bass.
