The winemaking process includes gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and 6 months of aging in cement vats to preserve freshness and balance.

FRIULANO l’unico vinificato in cemento - BUCOVAZ

On August 23, 2006, something irreversible happened: Friuli’s iconic wine could no longer be called Tocai. But in true Friulian spirit, the grape still proudly bears the name Tocai Friulano, and the wine lives on as a testament of heritage and resilience.

Friulano is the wine of nostalgia, of returning home, of those quiet moments when memories come flooding back. Its color is a deep, golden yellow, while the nose bursts with notes of ripe mandarin, chalk, beach sand, thyme, tarragon, and a bouquet of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, its chalky minerality dances with salty freshness, all wrapped in a glyceric smoothness that defines its style. It finishes with a subtle bitter twist, adding complexity and charm.

Best enjoyed with: fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta—crispy, creamy, and a touch nostalgic.

CERASUOLO D’ABRUZZO GRUE’   CERULLI SPINOZZI

100% Montepulciano. It releases intense and captivating aromas of fresh fruit, with notes of black cherry, blackberry, and strawberry.

The color is a bright pink with ruby highlights. On the nose, juicy red berries (sour cherries, cherries) blend with delicate red petals. On the palate, it opens soft and dry, then immediately fresh and savory, revealing the bold character of this red grape. The finish is rich, persistent, and intense, with a clean and harmonious aftertaste that mirrors the nose with perfect balance.

NEBBIOLO  elevato in acciaio  LA SMERALDA

In this wine, depth and elegance do not imply heaviness or rigidity. The color is a pale ruby red with garnet hues, clear and refined in the glass. The bouquet is intensely aromatic and complex, with lightly smoky notes and floral nuances.

On the palate, it has a firm and structured entry, with well-rounded tannins. It fully expresses the typical traits of Nebbiolo, yet ends with a twist: a touch of Uva Rara makes it more approachable. The wine’s vibrant acidity and liveliness stem from the native grapes, terroir, and precise winemaking technique.

BELROSSO  - LA QUERCE

COLLE DEI FOSSILI chianti DOCG - PICCARATICO

A certified organic, bold Tuscan red made from a carefully selected blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, and Canaiolo, all hand-harvested in small crates. After destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 10–15 days. The wine is then racked and aged in steel for at least 7–10 months before bottling.

It displays a deep ruby red color. On the nose, vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits and violets (mammola) dominate. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, and well-balanced, with a harmonious finish. A red of true character, ideal with traditional Tuscan cuisine.

POP ROSSO - ELDA

A bold and straightforward red wine, with a strong, original, and youthful image: created for those who seek quality without giving up conviviality and the simple joy that comes from a good glass of wine. Made from Nero di Troia grapes, with short skin contact and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel. Aged for 6 months in steel and at least 3 months in bottle. Best enjoyed in good company, perfect for carefree, joyful occasions.

REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO - BELLESE

The Refosco grapes undergo 5 to 6 days of maceration on the skins, followed by a gentle pressing using pneumatic presses and static settling of the must. The wine is then carefully aged, partly in steel tanks and partly in cement vats, for about 5 months before bottling.

The result is an authentic and versatile wine, a classic all-around table companion that pairs wonderfully with red meats and roasted game, enhancing flavors with its balanced structure and honest character.

An unusual sweet wine, inspired by the noble tradition of Vin Santo but reimagined with a more easy-drinking, light-hearted approach. Made from Trebbiano grapes, it shows an intense straw-yellow color and a fruity aroma enhanced by floral nuances. On the palate, it is well-structured, harmonious, and richly persistent.

The winemaking process includes gentle pressing, controlled fermentation in steel tanks, and 30 months of aging in small wooden barrels, resulting in a wine of elegance and character.

Perfect as a dessert wine, it pairs beautifully with classic pastries such as mantovana, shortcrust treats, or even with artisan gelato. A wine that invites smiles and is made to share with joy.
